Ontario's Autism Parent Resource Kit

The Ontario Ministry of Youth Services is launching the Ontario's Autism Parent Resource Kit. The Kit was developed by talking to families whose lives have been changed by ASD. Many service providers, researchers and other professionals also contributed their expertise. It is a new, comprehensive online resource to help families better understand autism and the range of services and supports available in Ontario. Please visit www.Ontario.ca/autism for more information.

Amy's Autism Awareness

Thank you to the students and staff at St. Joseph's Catholic High School for their tremendous efforts in organizing the Amy's Autism Awareness Campaign. Amy Wagner was a St. Joseph's student and a support worker for ASI that died in a tragic accident in March 2012. This year the students raised $1517. Thank you to Mr. Gilbert and his Business Leadership class who have committed to making this an annual event.
